HE François Balumuene, Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Congo met Wednesday, November 2, in Washington, with Board of Directors of Therapeutic Interventions Inc. which produces Miss Culture USA, a title currently held by the Congolese born pageant Chancé Gatoro. Mr. Balumuene and the team from Therapeutic Inteventions Inc. agreed to work together in supporting Miss Gatoro's agenda designed to enhance childhood education in DRC. Top Board officials including CEO Fatmata koroma, Executive Secretary Jeannine Scott and Radio personnality Georges Collinet, attended the meeting described as “cordial and fruitful.”  AlloConakry

She is the Founder and CEO of Therapeutic Interventions Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Washington, DC that provides communities with information on leadership, education, entrepreneurship, health, and strategies to enhance the quality of life. Fatmata Koroma is also Executive Producer and Host of Celebrity Health Talk TV, Chair and Co-founder of Kushe’ Magazine,  Founder of African Union Diaspora News and Media and Founder of the Miss Culture USA Pageant.
 
By trade, Fatmata is a healthcare professional providing compassionate and professional care to patients of all medical conditions. She specializes in infection control; massage therapy, health education, and quality of health issues.
 
Fatmata served as the former vice president of marketing and sales with African Radio Salone and former secretary on the Executive Board of Directors for the Sierra Leone Association of Artists and Musicians. She has received several awards for her contributions to the Sierra Leone community.
 
Fatmata has a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a specialty in Epidemiology from Kaplan University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Fatmata holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation therapy and Allied Health Sciences from Howard University in Washington, DC and a Nursing Degree from the University of the District of Columbia.
