Women and Girls Leadership and Empowerment Initiative

Therapeutic Interventions Inc. Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that promotes the education, development and empowerment of women through leadership programs, entrepreneurship, educational workshops and Women’s Empowerment Conferences.

The goal of these various programs is to provide women with the skills, leadership abilities, character, and interpersonal skills necessary for success in the emerging international and global market.

Therapeutic Interventions Inc. Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Initiative mission is to support women’s issues.

Each Delegate participating in the Therapeutic Interventions Inc. Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Program will take part in a development program that will: • Build positive self-image • Boost self-esteem • Encourage Entrepreneurship • Enrich leadership skills • Develop character and integrity

Since 2010, Therapeutic Interventions Inc. has established a sustainable, viable and credible network in the community with people from all over Africa with its outreach programs.

Therapeutic Interventions Inc. Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Initiative mission is to support women’s issues. We also work with young ladies from the African Diaspora who reside in the United States.

Since 2010, Therapeutic Interventions has established a sustainable, viable and credible network in the community with people from all over Africa with its outreach programs. Therapeutic Interventions Inc. is also a licensed producer of the “Miss Intercontinental Africa United States Pageant, which is a platform to empower women and showcase their leadership abilities, talents, character, ethical and moral values, intelligence, integrity, diversity, while exhibiting their inner and outer beauty. Goals of the Therapeutic Interventions Inc. Women’s Leadership Initiative.

The goal of these various programs is to provide women with the skills, leadership abilities, character, and interpersonal skills necessary for success in the emerging international and global market. The Therapeutic Interventions Women’s Conference will be held in March 2015 and the Miss Intercontinental Africa United States Pageant will be held on May 16, 2015. The purpose of this conference is to help remove the negative stigma placed on African women and give young African women the vision and inspiration to be successful. Prominent female speakers will help give the women motivation and inspiration to be successful in their ventures.

Therapeutic Interventions Inc., producers of Miss Intercontinental Africa United States, is licensed under Nutainment Management LLC, producers of Miss Intercontinental United States and WBO (World Beauty Organization), the franchise company and producers of Miss Intercontinental. These organizations work together to facilitate the production of the Miss Intercontinental Africa United States.

The Miss Intercontinental Pageant has been in existence for 43 years, giving women the vision, platform and opportunity to inspire the world through their intelligence, integrity, and leadership abilities. The pageant will be held on May 16, 2015 at the Howard University Blackburn Center Ballroom in Washington DC. Both events will also give support to the victims of the Ebola Crisis in Africa. Miss Intercontinental Africa United States allows the new age African women between the ages of 18-27 to display her African culture, talents, values, and beauty on an international and global stage. Miss Intercontinental Africa US is totally aware of her responsibilities as a woman to advocate, nurture, and inspire other outstanding women to succeed in the USA and internationally. Each Contestant participating in the Therapeutic Interventions Inc.

Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Program will take part in a training program that will:

• Build positive self-image • Boost self-esteem • Enrich leadership skills • Develop character and integrity

The training programs will consist of health and wellness courses, professional socialization, career development, and a course that teaches women how to dress for success. All courses are taught by licensed and trained professionals.
